2. Ticket Reservations
Tickets can be purchased through our website. By purchasing tickets, you secure your spot for the selected event. Please review the event details carefully, including venue, seating, and other event features, before completing your purchase.
3. Ticket Types & Pricing
We offer various ticket options, including General Admission, Couples Package, and Group Package. Prices vary based on the package selected. All ticket prices are listed clearly on the event page, and you will receive an electronic ticket after completing the purchase. Ticket prices include the specified seating arrangement and live performances as detailed on the event page.
4. Event Attendance
Tickets are required for entry. You can present either a printed or digital version of your ticket. The event is held rain or shine. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, outdoor events may be relocated to an indoor venue, but the event will proceed as scheduled.
5. No Refund or Ticket Transfer Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or ticket transfers to another event or date are not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are able to attend the selected event before completing your purchase.

Candlelight Evenings no longer provides alcohol or snacks during events. However, attendees are welcome to bring their own alcohol and snacks to enjoy during the event. Please drink responsibly and ensure you comply with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
9. Event Changes
Our lineup of performers and venues change weekly, providing a unique experience at each event. We reserve the right to alter the lineup of performers or change the venue for any given event. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees prior to the event date.
10. Behavior and Conduct
Candlelight Evenings promotes a welcoming, respectful, and romantic atmosphere for all guests. Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that respects others’ enjoyment of the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who exhibit inappropriate behavior without a refund.
